At LEAU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
